about the artist
I am a long-time Colorado resident, currently living and working in the Boulder area. I hold degrees in both Art and Architecture, and draw on both traditions in my work.
Because of my varied background, I work in a variety of 2D and 3D media (drawing, painting, photography, and sculpture) and approach each piece as a unique challenge to solve in its own way.
My art is a celebration of color, form, and curiosity. I often take my inspiration from mythology and folklore - resulting in whimsical, hybrid creatures and fantastical worlds.
